A demonstration of Hemadyne generating a complex flowwaveform
The accordion bottle inside Hemadyne is generating transient-pressure waveforms that are sent to media reservoir containing fluorescent microbeads. The flow is measured using Sensirion SLF3S-006F flow-sensor and the data stream is displayed live. The microbeads are perfused downstream through a microfluidic vesselchip device and observed in real-time using Cytosmart Lux3FL benchtop fluorescence microscope.
