Real-time micrographs of whole blood perfusion through endothelialized microchannels under the indicated treatment conditions. Platelets (red) and fibrin (green) are visualized during flow, enabling assessment of platelet adhesion, aggregation, and fibrin deposition on the endothelial surface in response to each experimental condition.
