HUVECseeded vessel-chip was perfused at a constant flow-rate of 5.6 µl/min (W.S.S. = 5 dyne/cm2) (from right to left) for 60 days, and images were taken using Cytosmart Lux3FL in brightfield mode at 1hr intervals with 10ms exposure. For presentation, the video is set to 30 fps (MPEG4 H.264 codec). Scale bar and time-points are annotated.
